- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While tots bake, cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
- Scramble or fry the eggs in a nonstick pan to your preferred doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once tots are done, transfer them to a large oven-safe dish or skillet.
- Top with cooked bacon and eggs.
- Sprinkle both types of cheese evenly over the top.
- Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from oven and garnish with green onions, jalapeños, salsa, or hot sauce as desired.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
